The Director of Rusafa Health Department inspects progress on the Nahrawan Hospital project and stresses completion within the specified timelines

The Director General of Baghdad Al-Rusafa Health Department, Dr. Basim Sabah Abdullah, conducted an inspection visit on Sunday, July 13, 2025, to review the progress of the Nahrawan General Hospital project and follow up on the ongoing work.

The Director General stated that “work on the Nahrawan Hospital is progressing continuously and steadily to complete the project as quickly as possible, within the specified timelines and in accordance with government and ministerial directives.”

He added that “the Engineering Department has been instructed to maintain continuous follow-up on the project, in coordination with the Resident Engineer Department, to ensure the hospital’s completion,” noting that “the percentage of completion is steadily increasing.”

The Director General explained that “the completion of this project will contribute to expanding healthcare services and will serve the residents of the area.”
