The building is located in the heart of the commercial district in Baghdad – Raghba Khatoun / Adhamiya area, and it is a fully integrated medical complex consisting of five floors, each with an area of 65 square meters. It was designed and constructed specifically to provide comprehensive medical services within a modern and advanced environment.

The complex includes:

• A medical laboratory and pharmacy on the ground floor.
• Eight medical clinics distributed over four floors (two clinics per floor), including two fully equipped dental clinics.

The complex is equipped with a modern elevator, central air-conditioning system, and surveillance cameras, in addition to fire safety systems (detection, alarm, and firefighting), a satellite system, and an internal internet network.

The building is also connected to an alternative electrical power source and provided with security and guard services, making it a model of modern medical complexes in Baghdad.
