The General Hospital in Ali Al-Sharqi District Project is one of the major healthcare developments in Maysan Governorate, executed on a Design & Build (Turnkey) basis, with a capacity of 122 beds and a total built-up area of 35,000 m², using a reinforced concrete structural system, and in accordance with the designs approved by the Design Department of the Ministry of Health.
The project includes the design and execution of all civil, mechanical, electrical, sanitary, and HVAC works, in addition to the supply and installation of medical equipment, as well as medical and non-medical furniture, all completed within the approved schedule.
The complex consists of two main buildings:

Main Hospital Building:
Comprising a ground floor and four upper floors, it includes diagnostic, therapeutic, inpatient, and residential facilities for doctors. -
Service Building:
Includes a basement floor housing part of the electromechanical services, a shelter, and a solid-waste treatment station, in addition to a ground floor dedicated to electromechanical and sanitary services.
Main Hospital Building Details
- Ground Floor:
Emergency unit, outpatient clinics, radiology department, physiotherapy unit, and central pharmacy. - First Floor:
Outpatient clinics, administration department, scientific department, central laboratory, central kitchen, central laundry, and logistics services. - Second Floor:
Surgical department (5 operating rooms), catheterization lab, adult intensive care unit, pediatric intensive care unit, natural delivery ward, inpatient wards, and central sterilization unit. - Third Floor:
Accommodates 25 beds, including 8 single rooms, 8 double rooms, and one isolation room, with full supporting facilities. - Fourth Floor:
Contains 25 beds with the same distribution as the third floor (8 single, 8 double, 1 isolation), along with two separate residential wings for doctors (male and female).
