The project involves the construction of the Disaster Emergency Readiness Training Center with a total built-up area of 5,000 m², using a reinforced concrete structure and in accordance with the designs approved by the beneficiary.

The scope of work includes:

• Execution of all civil, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing works.
• Application of all internal and external architectural finishes, with all materials tested and approved by the beneficiary prior to use.
• Supply and installation of furniture and equipment, including a 156-seat general-purpose theater hall.

The project was completed within the contractual time frame and in full compliance with the approved specifications and quality standards.
