This project involves consultancy services for the Neonatal Intensive Care Units (NICU) program covering 22 sites across various governorates of Iraq, implemented under the supervision of the Iraqi Ministry of Health, and executed in two phases.

Scope of Consultancy Work:

  1. Topographic and Site Surveying Works
    Conducting full site measurements and assessments for each project location.

  2. Design and Documentation
    Preparation of architectural, structural, electrical, mechanical, and sanitary preliminary and detailed designs for all project sites.

  3. Construction Supervision
    Providing on-site supervision during construction, monitoring quality control, and approval of works upon completion.
